Pros: knowledge and price, friendly service and very helpful
Cons: downtown location
"when you walk in, you know immediately they will spend time with you answering all your questions and they actually know what they are talking about. It is really great to have someone who knows what they are talking about and not just trying to sell you the most expensive item in the store. Those big box stores just can't compete with Ulmer's. "
