"I took my pom there to get a shampoo & trim. When I picked her up they had shaved her entire body and had left a burn on her skin that was done with clippers. When I finally got ahold of the owner and expressed my displeasure of what had been done to my dog, she was uncaring and unapologetic for what her employee had done to my dog. I will never take my dog back there or EVER recommend that anyone take their dog there."
